Horrible. Please see ratings above. Tile needed to be done multiple times and came in WAY over budget. Floors needed to be redone a couple of times and still not great work. There is some "finishing" work they said they would come back and finish after the tiles settle (little floorboard work, putting up doors) the next day. They never showed up, and when trying to contact them (Matt Stone and Dave) they will not return phone calls or emails. Was quoted for a week, they were here over 3 weeks and did not finish the job. Now will not respond.
Part of the quote was for them to clean up, and again was told they would do when coming back. It was not done.. cleanup was left to me and took a couple of weeks to clean up broken tile/floor/wood.

"Good evening Mr. [Member Name Removed], I just checked my Angie's List profile to find your review, and I believe you have found the incorrect "Premier Remodeling" business. You see, there is another Premier Remodeling that is allegedly run by an individual named Matt Stone, and I found reviews of his business that were also negative. Also, our own Premier Remodeling, unlike the other business, is an LLC, so we are actually called Premier Remodeling LLC, and the other business is just called Premier Remodeling. Furthermore, we do not operate in Naperville nor anywhere west of Schaumburg or south of The Loop. As far as I'm aware, the Premier Remodeling business you mentioned does not have an Angie's List business listing, so as such, I would highly appreciate it if you took down this review and apply it to a different business search engine. read above it went horrifically! Owner met with us to actually negotiate the final bill because they had so many things that are wrong! Still trying to fix everything they did to the way it should've been done! So many issues the space here isn't large enough to list all the issues we've had with this company! These guys should do Angie's list customers a favor and go into another field because they do not know what they are doing!
