Octagon Salon & Spa

Nice salon lovely technician but not as through as I am accustomed to and it cost moret. I had moved and was looking for something closer to my new home. However, I think the old place Renu in Deerfield, IL is worth the drive!

Octagon is s Beautiful, peaceful salon and spa.

The mani pedi area is peaceful, quiet and very comfortable.

When I'm there, I'm treated like royalty, and it's nice to feel pampered by the excellent staff there!

They were wonderful, very professional, very efficient and very pleasant to work with. I would use this provider again in the future.

The experience was fine, and they were very nice people. I thought the price was reasonable, and they did a great job. They go the extra bit.  The quality was very good. Everyone was very nice. I was there a little early, and she came out and got me, and it was all as expected.

Luis did a great job. First time at this salon. I got highlights..covered gray, cut. Booked next appointment before I left.i would recommending trying this salon.

I would rate them very high. I would recommend their friendliness, professionalism and the services they provide.

He did a terrific job. He's somewhere between a massage therapist and chiropractor, focused on joint alignment. He's very personable, and sensitive to how much pressure to apply per each client. One suggestion for improvement: they need a true spa waiting room.

Based on my experience, I really chose to go somewhere else. So, the price was not fair. It was not great. I think that they just did not know me. The haircut was not done to my most satisfaction. It was okay, but I prefer another place to it. They are a very popular salon, and I think a lot of people really like them a lot. For me, I would say that I would recommend them but be real specific about what kind of cut and style you want. They are moderately expensive. They are not really cheaper than anybody else. They are right in the range of probably what it is everywhere. The price is average.

I go to this salon because it's location is convienient for me.  The service was price were both good.  I was a little underwhelmed by my hair cut, but as I usually make my appointment last minute and take whatever is available, that could be remedied I suppose.  I have also had a manicure and pedicure there and they were both great. Overall, this is a worthwhile place.  I would just suggest paying for a more experienced technician.

This salon is professional from the start. They always send a reminder or call if you prefer. They have a courteous staff that checks you in and I have not had to wait more than a few minutes each time I have gone. I see Rachel who is very good at listening to what you want and helping you understand how she will try to achieve your desired look. Very clean facility. I have nothing bad to say about this salon.

Friendly, personable and professional services.  I have gone to several of the professionals at the Octogon and all have been great!

Hair wash/cut/blow dry by davina. I'm very particular about my hair and it was the best haircut ive had in years! Extremely affordable too. Only negative is I'm not a fan of redken salons. It's in a strip mall and not very luxurious. But I'd much rather have a perfect haircut then a pretty building.

I went for follow ups and on a later date she cut and styled my hair.  Very good cut, very manageable.  I would definitely recommend her.  It was a little pricey but not totally out of line.

Everything went great. Prompt and professional

They are wonderful. They are very friendly and give great suggestions specific for you. I have moved, but wish that I could still go there. Anyone who goes there will not be disappointed.

Stylist (renin) was very professional and responsive. First time at a new salon can be stressful given one can not undo a haircut. My experience here was as satisfying (and less stressful) as any I have previously had. Would recommend salon and Renni.

I have been there multiply times. They met my expectations. They have a friendly staff. They listen to concerns particularly allergies. They performed as expected.

Everything went really well.  Laura was my stylist.  She did a good job.  And did not knot up my hair.  So many stylist knot up my very long hair, but Laura was not one of them.  I did find the waiting area a little crowded, but I guess that's what happens when you're good.

I told both stylists what I wanted for both my daughter and I.  My daughter and I both walked out of the salon with exactly what I told them I wanted.  The cut and color for me was AWESOME!  I have been up here for a year and a half and have tried to other salons and have not been happy.  I have now found the styist and salon of my dreams!  I am sooooo happy to have found this salon and all thanks to Angie's List!  My stylist Evie is AMAZING!

I've been going to the Octagon for several years and have found their services to be consistently good and the staff is friendly and professional. I rarely have to wait - their scheduling is very good. I've never been disappointed.

My husband,son,and I all use Octagon Salon. My husband gets his haircut there quite often. He has used numerous beauticians, but has recently started going to Rennie on a regular basis. I also use Rennie, needless to say my son(2), gets his hair cut by her as well. She is very friendly, and always listens to what we ask for. I always come out with great highlights and/or lowlights. Each time we go it's a good experience!
