Mark'us Landscaping and Brick Paving

They did not mow our lawns as they said they would do.  They said they would be back the next day for the lawns and mulching, and they would have a crew to trim some branches out of our tree as they were also doing work on my neighbors house.  Saturday, 9/6/2013 I had to call them and tell them that we were having company by noon and we needed the lawns done.  He apologized and wanted to know if we wanted them to also deliver the brickwork for our retaining wall replacement on Monday.  They "wanted to do everything they could to make us happy'.  We told them no because of our company coming; to just deliver the brickwork on Monday when they planned on doing the wall.  They finally came out around 10 am on 9/6/13 to mow the lawns.  I called them 9/9/13 morning to see if they were coming to do the retaining wall and mulching and tree trimming  and they said yes, that they would be by us shortly because they also had to paint our neighbors deck.  Wednesday, 9/11 I called them as they still had not come out to do retaining wall or anything else.  His wife said they would be out.  They came out for my neighbors yard on 9/12 and got in a terrible arguement with another neighbor because he was asked to move his truck so my neighbor can get out of his driveway.  The police were called.  We also told them if they didn't have the retaining wall in by 9/13 or 9/14 to don't come back until Wednesday 9/18 as we would b out of town and police will be called by neighbors if they saw Mark'Us on or premises.  Friday 9/13 someone came to do the retaining wall.  Today is 9/25 and they will hopefully be by to trim one last tree, and finish mulching garden beds as they told us last night.  Update-today is 9/27/2013 and job is finally complete, but not without another altercation where a neighbor ended up calling law enforcement  because of the loud altercation Marcus was giving us.

Showed up the first day to do work, he did a couple hours to do a lawn "Spring cleaning" that included mulch.  
They never showed back up to finish the work even after a number calls.  After about 2 weeks, I got a call asking if they could come over to finish, never showed up.   Same thing the following day, Call, no show.   I called back later that night and leaving a message saying not to bother showing up again and i'd like a refund.  (Just asked for about 25% back of the total bill ).    
Three guys show up Friday at 6:30 PM looking very lost, asking if they were at the right house.   I told them to just go home and i'd like call back from their boss.  (the same person that had been avoiding my calls).  They did get him on the phone right there and  I talked to him using one of their cell phones, and he said that he is sorry and he would refund the amount.   That Sunday night he calls at 8PM to ask if he could stop by tomorrow (Monday).  Never showed. 
The next 2 weeks would be a daily phone call to him, about half the time his VoiceMail box would be full.   Finially  I called him from my home line and he hung up on me.   Two days later I called him again and he cursed at me and hung up.   
Very unprofessional.
