Never returned phone call to give estimate

He does excellent work. He is always prompt, always on time and always solves the problem. I have used him for over 30 years.

Called to see if we still wanted estimate as he was running late. Said yes. Came to house to see work to be done but has not provided estimate after 2 weeks.

Zack was very responsive, came by and met with me, provided an immediate estimate and followed up a few days later to check on status of his bid for the work. Believe it or not I chose to go with another bid because Zack's bid was too low and I feared the job may just be too big for him. But if I had a smaller job to do I'd call him.

Zack arrived on time for his estimate of the work we wanted done. He was friendly, professional and showed interest in doing the job. Within a day or two of his visit he offered us his price, which we thought was reasonable. I responded by phoning him and leaving a message requesting a few references. It took him a few days to respond and unfortunately by the time he did I had contacted another handyman on Angie's list and decided to go with him. However, when Zack called back and I told him about this he was understanding and I replied that he would be in consideration for future jobs. I appreciated his punctuality in coming to our house, his interest, the fairness of his estimate and his professionalism. I'm sure, had we hired him, he would have done a fine job. I would recommend JACK OF TRADES to any member looking for good and professional HANDYMAN.

I had an immediate response from Zach the day I called and he made an appointment to come out the next day for an estimate of the work to be done. He called about an hour before the appointment time to let me know that he would be about an hour late. Zack arrived an hour later and gave a fair estimate for the work. He called a few hours before the scheduled work time to let me know that he would definitely be on time, which he was. He performed the work and made sure that we were satisfied with all that was done. I would definitely call him again.

ZACH RETURNED MY PHONE CALL WITHIN AN HOUR OF MY MESSAGE AND CAME OUT THE SAME DAY. HE WAS VERY FAST, KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL HIM AGAIN.
