"I was hired on this project as a general contractor and (member name removed) was later hired by the owner (and neighbor) to help them picking out finishes. (member name removed)from the start never consult with me on any budget numbers and at the same time she start pushing her own suppliers and ideas without considering budgets .After that is when the owners start asking me for alternatives and recommendation as they were not willing to spend what she was proposing them. At the same time the job with her did not go very smooth, where few mistakes by (member name removed)that delayed the project (She ordered wrong tiles that where installed and we had to take them down, she order too many tiles that could not be returned, the carpet roll that she ordered was short few inches in they had to make a seam a seam that is not recommended). My recommendation to other contractors is to be aware working with (member name removed)as she will try to push her own people and suppliers and cut in you profits and for consumers it will become a headache to be on the middle of it."
