Absolutely fantastic! Adam was super friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us some solid technical information without it being confusing or talking over our heads. Our air conditioner works wonderfully again and we got the maintenance plan so we don't have to worry or think about doing this all again come fall and spring. Highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

Curtis from Herchenbach Mechanical came out to give me a quotes on the Carrier Air Conditioning systems. Curtis was very informed and patient. I settled on a 3 ton 16 seer and have been very pleased. Since we had no A/C, Sharon in the office was able to rearrange some things and get us our system sooner then later and we were very pleased. Everyone from the office staff to Mike the tech and the installers were just fantastic. They even cleaned and checked our furnace for the winter at no charge.

We Took 3 bids, all were close but we chose Herchenbach because we knew we could trust them. They have serviced our Furnace and old A/C unit for years. Always friendly and professional. And they are a local business which we like to support. I cannot say enough good things about Herchenbach. Bottom line is they are trustworthy!!!!

I was very pleased at the services performed by Mike. Mile was straight forward and explained to me what was done. In my case he related that my furnace was safe and I should have no issues for the winter. I keep extra filters handy and he even changed them for me. I will be sure to call Herchenbach in the future for my Air Conditioning check up and I will be sure to ask for Mike.

They were prompt, neat, clean, pleasant, knowledgeable and took time to explain the new system and how to replace the filter, location of on/off switch and the manual and maintenance logs.

In 2016, we had Curtis Herchenbach out to service our old A/C unit to keep it running for another year (it was 17 years old). He never pressured us to upgrade. This spring, we decided to replace the old, undersized contractor model furnace and central air. Curtis and his team were in and out in one day and the result was a huge improvement in cooling capacity. House was more comfortable this summer than it had been in years, and our electric bill was lower. Very fair pricing and excellent installation. We highly recommended Herchenbach Mechanical.

They were great. Showed up on time with a crew large enough to get the whole project accomplished in a half a day. Extremely careful about not making a mess and thorough in instructing us on use of the new thermostat and filter replacement. In the course of removing the old units, they accidentally spilled some kind of toxic fluid on the driveway. They came back with a power washer to clean it up and the offered to sealcoat the driveway at their expense. Couldn't have asked for more.

My heating and cooling has gone down. They did a great job. Its silent and quiet dont even know the furnace is running half the time.

Curtis was great from start to finish as was the rest of his team. It was really an example of how a service company should be run. He provided a quote for a new HVAC system for our home that was in the middle of the pack price wise but his service was above and beyond. They installed the new system quickly and we LOVE it. They followed up with everything that was needed and replied to a couple of questions via email in hours or less. I really can't say enough good things about them

Fixed the problem with my furnace!

Came home at 11 pm to find AC was not working on a 96 degree day. Checked Angie's list to get some ideas on a local repair shop. I sent Herchenbach an email describing the issue and asked for a call ASAP. The next morning, at 7:30, I got a call saying they could come by in the afternoon so I scheduled an appointment. About an hour later, they called back and said they had an opening in a half hour if I was available! The tech arrived on time and was great. Found out the capacitor on the AC unit blew. He replaced it as well as did a complete diagnostic on the system. He noticed the coolant was low so he filled that too. He even went as far as using a camera to inspect the coil and replaced the dirty filter on the furnace.
I was really impressed with their fast response and especially the fact they didn't try to charge me any and quot;emergency responseand quot; price due to the heatwave. I was also very impressed that he went so far above and beyond to make sure the system was working. He was also very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC work you need done!

I like dealing with them a lot. I've mostly dealt with Curtis and Mike. They are courteous, prompt, and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the problem to you and make sure you understand it. Really a class act. I have several a couple of rental units and I use them exclusively for my HVAC repairs/maintenance.

They are like family friends. They do great work. I couldn't be happier with them. I will use their services again in the future.
