They are an A+. They service all our pugs. We have been using them for over 20 years. They are great with our pets, I could not say nicer things about them.

Great! Clean, friendly place with reasonable prices. We waited an average amount of time for the vet. They provided us with options for teeth cleaning and other services but did not pressure us to have to do them which is much appreciated! We will definitely be using them for future pet needs.

They are great. They do not do dental if your pet needs a tooth pulled. They treat me very well and have provided a senior discount. They are reasonable with prices and do not overcharge me. They are very good with the animals. My dog was eager, willing, and not afraid to go to her appointment. They go above and beyond.

I would absolutely use them again.

She chewed some poison and got it in her system. It was Saturday morning and I called her and she said bring her in right now. The doctor came in immediately and administred an antidote. They called to follow up with her to make sure she was okay. She went above and beyond and I have used them for years.

I have a new kitten so the first six months are pretty expensive. I had her declawed because she decided to climb the fireplace wall and then fell down. All the veterinarians there are females which is kind of unusual. I think they are just really nice and caring. They call back to check on how she's doing. I got this kitten and called them immediately the next day and they were able to get me in because she was really young. The price was pretty high but I don't have anything to compare it to. My previous cat was seventeen years old and he passed away may be six years ago so I haven't had any vets. I'm not really a person to ask what the price was so I don't have anything to compare it with. They were very good about calling me with questions especially when she was kept for two nights to get declawed. They are really caring. I'll take her back there when it's time for her next visit.

They had good prices. They were very friendly and good with the dogs.

The price was slightly different each time I went there and it was depending on what was going on. My kitten had some ear issues which isn't normal and she had worms. The price for the last service was $78. My kitten has pretty dark stripes with a gray and charcoal background. I spent about $100 for another visit and the most expensive one was $171. They did a lot of stuff for $171 like ear cleaning and flea application. I don't think their price is too bad. I read somewhere recently that the average cost for the first year of a kitten's life is around $1000 for the vaccinations and everything. It also includes getting the animal spayed. I don't think there is anything negative to say about the Grand Animal Hospital. There are 4 vets in the office and all are women. So, when you make an appointment, you don't necessarily see the same one every time. It's very close to where I live and that makes it convenient. They are very efficient. When I make an appointment, I usually try to get there about 5 to 10 minutes early. I always get in and I haven't had to wait or anything. If there is an emergency for someone else, I have to wait. They have been pretty much on time. They tell you what they are doing and explain things. I think the price is average. I don't know because I had a cat which died at the age of 17 about 5 years ago and I haven't had one since. I have nothing to compare their price to. I think it is pretty standard and I will continue to go back there.

. Cat had had surgery to repair a torn tongue and dental surgery. This included pre-anestetic testing, fluids, dental care including cleaning, polishing, meds, in addtional to surgical repair. Subseqent followup as well as required shots, etc.in Oct, 20009

Dr. Mlsna and all of her staff are friendly, efficient and extremely professional. We have always been satisfied and feel like she has our dog's best interest at heart. When our dog was a puppy she was extremely wild. Dr. Mlsna never lost her patience and always took her time to complete the exam.

The doctors are very good with the animals, but not so people-friendly! However, the office staff are jerks and for this reason, we have switched vets.

THE VETERINARIAN WAS VERY NICE AND EASY TO WORK WITH. SHE HELPED GET MY PUPPY UP TO DATE WITH HIS SHOTS AND MANAGED A CYST ON HIS CHEST.

THE DOCTOR WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND AMAZING WITH MY CAT. SHE GAVE HIM HIS SHOT WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINTS FROM THE CAT.
