ESPCO Construction

The project went very well. I grew up doing construction in my father's company but I now am in the finance business. I travel a lot and don't have time to do many of the projects I've hired Dave's firm to complete. I also am simply too out-of-practice or don't have the skills or resources to do the big jobs. But I do know for the most part what I want and how things should look when done. I also have my dad with his professional eye who visits from time to time, so I have to get these projects done right or I'll never live it down.

Dave's workmanship, professionalism and results exceeded expectations. All jobs were done quickly and work areas were very clean every night. I looked hard but never found a stray nail in the driveway. The window replacement was very professional and the aluminum wrapping is top-notch in my mind (and I've spent many summers in my younger days doing that kind of work myself). My dad visited after the exterior was done and he was very complementary of the quality as well. The siding is straight, the "smiles" point the right way and all the fascia and soffets look and fit great. Plus the attic is much better ventilated.

Dave is a very responsible guy who saw a few other things that were not quite up-to-snuff with my electrical service and a certain plumbing issue. I either fixed those or had his firm fix them and was grateful for his eye for detail to spot some non-trivial issues that I didn't know about.

The follow-on electrical project was a situation that turned out to be more complex than originally thought but turned out great. Retro-fitting an old house with modern wireless controllers was quite a task but Dave and his electrical crew figured it out and made it work, making my family very happy.

Another plus about Dave is he was a college football stand-out and spent some time in the NFL, which my son thought was cool and yielded some neat stories for me.

I would definitely recommend Dave and his firm for any construction job you might have.
