THE MEN WERE PROMPT, PLEASANT AND HONEST ABOUT WHAT THEY COULD AND COULD NOT DO FOR STAINS ON OUR AREA RUG. THE COST WAS LESS THAN I EXPECTED. THE RUG WAS RETURNED IN 3 DAYS AND REPOSITIONED IN OUR FAMILY ROOM. GOOD JOB. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN.

I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY THE PRICE CRS QUOTED HALF THAT PRICE. I GOT A DISCOUNT FOR PAYING CASH AND IF I AM NOT SATISFIED THEY WILL COME BACK FREE OF CHARGE.
