Immediately when the technician arrived, it was apparent he was not knowledgeable about what he was doing. A few hours after he left, the heat stopped working. When I called them, I spoke with a manager or the owner and they told us they would send someone out, but never did. Even after several  attempts to get them to come back out, they never did and we were left without heat on a night that reached below zero, with two small children. This was one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to do deal with.

They were okay. I wasn't really sure that all the things they recommended were needed. It was a decent price, but I thought I could do better.

My sister recommended this company to me. They replaced the air-conditioning and the furnace two ago and they have come out twice since then for their maintenance checkup, which were a part of my original contract. They gave a year?s worth of maintenance check just from the course effect. They are wonderful. Ones they installed it, my utility bill dropped 40%. It was absolutely worth doing it. My place was built in1987 and everything when I bought was that of the original builders nothing was replaced. So at this point the furnace and the air-conditioning was 22 years old and they were not working very well. The 6200 original air unit did not have the power to cover the entire house. So I had to upgrade that by half a ton. There was a fire and furnace broke down years ago. I was not going to install another $500 on an old furnace. I decided that I would replace it. I am so glade I did it. It is so efficient. It is great. It used to take 8hours ones you turn on the air-conditioning for my place to cool down. Now it takes 35 minutes to drop down to 15 degrees. It is really good. The quality is good and the people have been really terrific. The same technician comes out each time for the maintenance. I have been very pleased.
