Otis was prompt and efficient with his initial call and quote. He thoroughly described what would be done and how long it would take. There were 3 men that came to do the job. It took 2 days. After reseeding they covered everything with hay and plastic mesh to hold it in place. All we had to do was water. The grass came up lush. The job was done quickly and with no inconvenience to us. His workers were exceedingly polite. Otis came personally and checked to make sure we were pleased with the work done. This is a first class operation. When we are ready to do more work, we will call him. His portfolio is impressive and we hope to hire him again in the near future.

THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH GOOD THINGS I CAN SAY ABOUT OTIS CARTER AND HIS WORKERS. THE WORK IS BEAUTIFUL, HIS MEN WORK HARD AND ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN 2 DAYS. EVERYONE I DEALT WITH WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. ADDITIONALLY, THE PLANTS OTIS CHOSE ARE APPROPRIATE TO THE CLIMATE AND SOIL, SO THEY ARE LOW-MAINTENANCE. PLANT/TREE PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE. LABOR PRICE IS AT THE HIGH-END, BUT WORTH IT. OVERALL, A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
