BATH GENIE

Bath Genie (Dave, Scott and Jim) listened to our concerns about rebuiding our basement bathroom after a flood.  They fit us into their schedule within a week and were punctual and professional throughout the 4 day project.  We would highly recommend them.

I am pleased to be letting you know of the excellent work that Bath Genie (BG)
recently completed in the work they did at my mother’s townhouse. Several years ago, I had remodeled the
bathroom in my own home, and recalled that BG had done a superb job. So when the opportunity came along, I chose
BG once again for this remodeling project.
My elderly mother wanted to take out her “bath tub and replace it with a shower” in her townhouse. My siblings and I all
contacted vendors to submit proposals for this project, and we unanimously selected BG.
Here are the reasons we chose the proposal from BG:
1.--- BG offered a competitive quote.
2.--- I had worked with BG before and know them to do excellent work.
3.--- BG does most of the work themselves (as Dave and son Steve) were the main workers on this project.
4.---- We trusted that if there were any parts of the work that needed to be subcontracted out, BG would not only find excellent vendors, but would personally supervise the work being done.
All of these expectations were met.
In Mom’s bathroom, BG did the following work:
1.--- Took out the old tub and hauled it away.
2.--- Installed a new shower base, grab bars, shower head, soap dishes and a bench.
3.--- Retiled the Floor and Wall with Porcelain and Cermatic Tiles
(that we picked out and BG went to the Tile Store we selected and picked up and
installed these tiles).
In addition, BG subcontracted out these items on the project, but did an excellent job in not only supervising
the work, but also made good suggestions on the work to be done, namely:
1.--- Shower Door--We upgraded to a “thicker glass” (for safety
purposes) and Rain Glass (for modesty purposes) that Mom is particularly
pleased with and it was installed on a timely and professional basis.
2.--- Plumbing Work—The licensed plumbers did excellent work in a
“challenging situation” to make sure the piping and plumbing work was up to city standards.
Finally, in addition to being super competent, BG also demonstrated some professional
traits that really made working together quite satisfying. Both Dave and Steve were timely in showing up
when they said, polite in dealing with myself, my siblings and Mom in answering all the questions we asked, and they
were very neat.

WE LOOK FORWARD TO HIRING DAVE AGAIN. MAYBE IN A COUPLE YEARS FOR OUR KITCHEN. DAVE AND HIS CREW SHOWED UP EVERYDAY, ON TIME, POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THEY WERE IMMACULATE FROM BEGINNING TO END! OUR BATHROOMS ARE FIT FOR A SHOWROOM! THEY CAME OUT BETTER THAN EXPECTED! DURING THE COURSE OF THE PROJECT, DAVE EVEN SHOWED ME HOW TO WORK OUR NEW TIVO! WHAT A BONUS.

THEY WERE ON BUDGET AND ON TIME. BOTH WERE HALF OF THE OTHER ESTIMATES. VERY FAST, COURTEOUS. CLEANED UP EVERY DAY (USUALLY CLEANER WHEN THEY LEFT THAN BEFORE THEY GOT THERE). THE JOB WENT EXACTLY AS THEY SAID IT WOULD. NO SURPRISES. WE WILL CONSIDER HAVING THEM BACK IN A FEW YEARS TO DO OUR KITCHEN. WE'VE RECOMMENDED THEM TO SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT, VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING, AND VERY CLEAN IN THEIR WORK, CONSIDERING THERE WAS DEMOLITION GOING ON! I ALSO WAS LAID UP WHILE THEY WERE WORKING AND THEY EVEN WAITED ON ME!!!
