I am not satisfied. I think the policy of "All sales are final" should be disclosed before the end of a purchase. I think a good personal policy would be to not bring any cash or cards on the first visit to a store to avoid a purchase based mostly on emotion. In summary, the in-store experience was horrible; the delivery was on time as scheduled.
