We are a full service television repair shop, we service all of lake and Mchenry county in Illinois. Also Kenosha County.We repair all makes of televisions,Stereos,Amateur Radios and much more. We offer free pickup and delivery. We are a component level repair company we are not board swappers, this can reduce the cost of repair.

These guys are the absolute best!!!  Here we are, 17 months later, this is the second time we've used them and we will not hesitate to do so again when the time comes.  You see, not only do they know how to fix things, they are the most pleasurable and honest people.  Very down to earth.  I think in my last review I likened them to "your favorite aunt and uncle".  They could very easily have tried to sell us a newer model (ours is 13+ years old).  But, instead they explained why keeping and fixing our current TV made more sense.  Not only from a financial standpoint, but quality as well.  They really know their stuff.  If you ever need electronics fixed, please give them a shout.  They even come out on Saturdays.

Robert and Susan are your favorite Aunt and Uncle. Like foks you just know will take care of you like their own. I found them on Angie's list. I checked reviews. They were kind, professional, very pleasant people to work with. I called them on a Thursday. Made an appointment for the following Monday. They were prompt. They were a great team. Robert knew right away the problem and set about fixing it. The cost was exactly what they quoted. They were done within an hour. I would definitely use them again.

Wonderful. Robert came out to pick up the TV and called the same day with the problem and repair cost and delivered within the time frame he specified. What great service and a much better price that the BIG BOX stores that no longer service the Kenosha area. I'll never go back to them and always call Robert with any electronic repair. Thank you!~ I thought customer service was a thing of the past but it still alive.

I called the company's phone number and left a message for Robert. Within 1 hour, his partner (Susan) responded to my voice mail. I described the problem with the TV. She explained the repair estimate fee, and how the estimate fee would be applied to the repair bill to reduce the repair costs. Within a few hours they picked-up my TV. They were professional and friendly. Robert called me back 2 days later with the repair analysis and estimate. It was a great repair price. I gave Robert the go-ahead to repair it. They repaired the TV; they did a follow-up diagnostic testing of the TV; and they delivered the TV to my home ... all within 4 hours. I have already recommended this company to my neighbor. 'Great people, great company, great repair service, and great customer service. A refreshing experience.
