Description of Work: I have a huge heavy older (a Sony Wega) television, and the owner and his wife came to my house (the day after I called) and took the panel out for repair. That part was $100, which would have been applied to the total repair, which is fair of course. When they brought the panel back and put it into the television, my tv did not start up right away, but he did get it to work. The initial quote was $235 at the most for the repair, but because he felt that it wasn't up to standard (because something else that was wrong with the television that he felt wasn't worth the cost of repair), he did not charge me the remaining $135. My television is still working and I really appreciated his integrity. I would definitely recommend them. They will travel to repair. The only thing you need to know is that they do not take credit cards, something important to know.

Description of Work: I had an older Sony LCD TV. When it started to act "weird" (e.g. Odd colors, poor picture, etc.) I debated between throwing the TV away or having it repaired. I came across RDSS on Angie's list and gave them a call. They came to my house, picked up the TV and diagnosed the potential problem. They reviewed the cost with me (seemed very reasonable) and let me choose what I anted to do. Within a week they returned it to my house and set it back up for me. The picture is BEAUTIFUL! I was VERY pleased with the way they treated me, the care they took of my TV and how well they conducted their business. I have no hesitation recommending them to others.

Description of Work: My father-in-law had a TV that wouldn't work, so he bought a new one and gave us his old one. We decided to see if it could be repaired, so we went on Angies List and found RDSS. They came to our home and picked up the Tv. They called us with a quote that was very reasonable, so we had them fix the TV so we could give it to a family member as a Christmas present.

Description of Work: We spoke with a very nice gentleman at A RDSS electronics, if we decide to have the work done we will be sure to call him back. It would have cost $65 to have them pickup the TV and check it out for us, which we thought was very reasonable. He was nice enough to take the time to explain what maybe the problem and that he thought from what we told him it probably was to expensive to fix. |maybe cheaper to just buy a new one.

Description of Work: My TV had no power. They came and picked up the TV on Monday and it was fixed and returned on Friday. They are AWESOME........ $65.00 to check it....when they repair it the $65.00 comes off what you owe. This was great and would recommend them to fix your TV. You can't go wrong.....

Description of Work: I called and talked with Robert about an issue my son had with his TV. Robert was extremely helpful with explaining to me what the actual problem might be and what it would take to get it fixed. He also gave me an option of how we can make the TV work for what we wanted it to do without having the repair done. He was very helpful, explaining what the process would be if we decide to have the repair done and was honest about how long the repair would take given the holiday season we are in. I would not hesitate to bring any future electronic repair to them to have it taken care of. Even though we did not
