Replaced the flame sensor and added a missing hose to an auxiliary condensation outlet that no-one knew was present. Ultimately two repairmen came to make sure they got everything to work perfectly. The office/dispatch staff was pleasant, respectful, and listened carefully to my request. The techs arrived quickly - and had the necessary parts in the truck. I would recommend this company to my own family.

I had a few estimates done and centsible was not the lowest but not the highest. I mainly chose them because there response time was incredible,so this must mean there service is too. Dean explained a little more of what would be done when he came out for my estimate. Dean also explained that they have mostly everything they sell instock and ready to go . This was a plus because I needed to get the job done asap because I have baby #2 on the way in less than a month. the installers showed up on time and did what they came to do. Took them a little over 4 hours from start to finish and even cleaned up after themselves. Wasn't able to test the A/c yet because it is still cold outside but I'm sure it will be fine. The installer explained that they would still have to come back on a warmer day to check levels to make sure the unit was full. Matt and Russ were great .they were so fast that I still was able to make it in to work on time.

It was good. They showed up when they were supposed to show up and they did what they needed to do.

My air conditioner wasn't putting out cold air. They came out very quickly and found the problem - low coolant and a bad evaporation coil. Unfortunately only 2# of the coolant and the labor were covered under the NIPSCO plan, so I had to pay for the rest of the repair. Regardless, they got the part and the coolant and came back right away to do the repair. It only took an hour or two and I was back in business. It turned out that I actually needed less of the coolant than they had originally quoted me, so they only charged me for what they used, not for the quoted amount which I appreciated.

Excellent service and punctuality. Friendly on the phone and in person, would definitely use them again.

I am very impressed and I am happy with their quality of work. The woman who answers the phone and the guy who comes out are very personable. Whenever I call, they are very prompt, very nice, and they return my calls. I don't know if it's just a husband and wife and if they're the owners. I don't know the details but they were referred to me by my friend and so I use them. I'm just very happy with them. They do a clean job.

We like the customer service of Centsible Heating and Air Conditioning. He was professional, efficient, quick. We always were able to get a hold of him, his prices were better than anyone else, and he was so polite.

Our furnace is covered by a protection plan thru our local utility (Nipsco) if anything goes wrong with it they will send someone out to fix it within 6 hours.
I put a call in at 2pm to our utility and let them know the furnace was not working properly. They said they will put in a repair ticket and would call me back shortly to let me know who was coming out. An hour later (3PM) they called back saying the job has been assigned to Centsible Heating and AC and that I should expect a call from them to schedule a time to come out.
Eight hours later (10PM) I called my utility and asked if someone was coming out. She said they would call them and call me right back with a status. She called back within few minutes and said they only have one person on call and he has been doing service calls all day and would like to know if he can come out in the morning, "he's tired". I said that was ok, but they could have at lease called me to let me know that.
Next day, 9am the guy shows up, I let him in and he wasn't in the house 30 seconds before he insulted my energy robbing 45 year old unsafe furnace and tries to sell me a new one. I have the furnace checked every season, we have wired and battery backup smoke/carbon monixide detectors in all halls and bedrooms of the house. The house has new windows and is well insulated and I do not have high gas bills. In the end, the 45 year old blower motor was bad and was replaced. He did a great job and everything is working perfect again.

When I first contacted him, he came the same day that I called. He even informed me that if I agreed to the price that he would be able to install the product that same day. I would use him again in the future, and have already recommended him. He also installed a better air conditioner than a previous company wanted to install for me.

CENTSIBLE ARRIVED ON TIME AND IMMEDIATELY SET ABOUT REMOVING THE OLD FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER. THEY TOOK MEASUREMENTS AND WENT TO THEIR SHOP TO FABRICATE NEW DUCT WORK ATTACHMENT FOR THE FURNACE TO MAKE MORE EFFICIENT. THEY RETURNED PROMPTLY AND INSTALLED THE NEW CARRIER FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER. ALSO AS A BONUS, THEY ADDED OUTDOOR ELECTRICAL PLUGS, ONE FREE, OTHER FOR ONLY $35. HE DID A GREAT JOB, EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS. HE CLEANED UP THE MESS WHEN HE WAS ALL DONE AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING RAN WELL. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. THEY WERE ALSO $600 CHEAPER THAN WELL-KNOWN AREA HEATING AIR CONDITIONING CONTRACTORS FOR SAME JOB. (I HAD QUOTES).
