Centsible Heating & Air Conditioning is a family-owned and operated business. Dean and Susie Pollard started Centsible Heating & Air Conditioning in 2005 and have built the business on experience and referrals. Dean has worked in the heating and air conditioning industry for more than a quarter-century installing Carrier products and Susan has been an accountant/manager in the construction industry for that long as well. Their son Brandon has been an installer for the company since 2006. Dean spent his first 20 years in the business as an installer/service tech for a very reputable company in Illinois and quickly became one of the best installers in the area in terms of his precise sheet metal work and his quick and clean installations. Dean has been installing Carrier products since he started and believes that they produce the most efficient and dependable equipment in the industry. However, Centsible does service all brands of heating and air conditioning equipment as well as water heaters and generators. Dean and Susie devote their time and energies into growing a reputable and dedicated company that people can count on. Customer satisfaction is their number one priority. "We received this call at 9:49 pm not at 2 in the afternoon. They may have assigned it and not called us till later which often happened . We do only have 1 person on call at night and if they have done over 12 calls prior to that call coming in , we would hesitated to send him on more calls at this time of year. We apologize for the long period time you waited , but we would have definitely called you within 1 hours of receiving the call , had we received the call during working hours . When they called to ask us to take the call we would have told them we couldn't do it till the next day."
