I have a puppy and there was lots of spots to clean. Not only did Matt get every spot out but the carpet looks new again. I had to leave for an appointment before he was finished and I had no concerns about leaving him in the house while I was gone. Matt has been very efficient, trustworthy and worth every penny he charges.
I was pleasantly surprised to find my front hall rug cleaned also, just because Matt didn't want to leave it less than perfect.

After an ailing dog and a new (not quite trained yet) puppy lived in my home for several months I needed their tracks removed. What a fantastic job Matt did! My carpeting was back to new and all stains were gone. The odor was removed also.
I had to leave while Matt worked on my carpet and when I returned the job was done. My receipt and carpet stain remover were on my counter and the house was locked up behind him. Matt is completely trustworthy.
