Rick was very efficient. He was on time and made my visions come true. Installed electric fireplace, built shelving units, opened up wall for cabinet inset. He has been a true blessing for me and my home.

Rick, Showed up to timely made appointments; communicated effectively on when he needed to leave due to personal matters and needed to reschedule. Approximately 3 hours of work to install a ceiling fan, 2 light fixtures, 2 GFIs, and removed a microwave. For $300 which is a reasonable wage! Definitely worth making a man sweat in this Florida heat! Also, bought a cooling evaporator; great with ice! For a cool Swamp vibe, but not for the faint of heart. I bought Salty Dog Signature Paint at Lowes; (what color do you think that is?) paint, Looks like our family is painting tonight!

My wife and I recently purchased a home that needed a great deal of interior work done. The house needed new windows and interior and exterior doors, new flooring in the bedrooms, new bathroom fixtures and vanities and some new lighting. We also put in a slider to access the patio at the rear of the house. Rick Rakestraw was able to do it all without any problems. He is skilled at many aspects of home renovation, and his attention to detail is what makes his finish work truly standout. If we have any more work to do at the house, the only person we would hire would be Rick.
