We started using this company because they were recommended by our neighbor and their yard always seems to look good. We generally do this type of maintenance ourselves, but do to a busy summer coaching baseball and redoing our deck, we decided to hire this work out. Suffice it to say that next year, we'll be doing the work ourselves again. These guys did more harm than good. You might say, ''Why didn't you fire them?'' We were desperate. This company is actually our second lawn maintenance company this year. One thing I can say is that these guys are prompt. I don't think they've ever missed a week. They usually come on Thursday or Friday. Problems: They continually dug up my grass with their mowing equipment. I have upwards of 30 spots (we have 1.25 acres) that are now bare, where there once was grass. There is a 3' circle of dead grass where they spilled fertilizer. They NEVER ONCE returned my calls to discuss these problems.
