Napco Preservation Company

Several problems with this company. They came out for a bid, we adjusted the work, agreed on price but I never heard back. I called 3 weeks later asking about the job if they wanted it or not? They then came out but were late arriving. His worker broke a pool slide I had stored in the basement. 3 days later I had to call a plumber because I had no hot water. Turns out they had also flipped the circuit for the heater. Both items cost me $$ to fix. When I asked about these things he never responded. I asked 3-4 times for an itemization of what and where the work was done for my records but never received it (the bill just says "insulation). I had referred some clients for attic work and they told buyers an attic fan was needed as there was none there but there was an attic fan there all along. It almost cost my clients over $750. I will look elsewhere in the future for myself and my clients.
