They have been great, very efficient, very fast and show up when they say they will. The same person comes every time and they come gloved, masked and sanitized during the covid time we are in. We would highly recommend them.

I've used Molly Maids for over 7 years. Within that time they have been good and bad in cleaning. Over the years the price has increased but the service has stayed the same - just ok. Each year we go away for a few weeks in the winter and need to reschedule. This year, we went way for 4 months and had MM clean the day before we left. Upon our return, MM called to verify schedule and also to inform that the price would be over $50 more since we were gone. In previous years we were charged only $20 more. The additional charge apparently is due to the 2 girls having to do more since we were gone. The sad thing is they really never did more. Enough said.

I thought I could clean our new house as I had one day of an empty house before we mover all of our stuff in. I did not have the time to do that and emailed 3 companies via angie's list late at night. Molly Maids called me back first the next morning. They were able to scheduled me for the day I needed (which was just two days away). The two ladies they send out did a wonderful job and I may use them again if I ever can't do it myself.

You really get your money's worth with them! They do a deep clean and make sure that everything from top to bottom is cleaned. The patio doors are cleaned, the blinds are cleaned -- even little shelves in your laundry room are wiped down.

We have Noemi and her team working in our home every week. They are phenomenal! There isn't a thing that they miss and I know it is just as clean as if I cleaned it myself. I am very pleased with the services provide by Molly Maids of Northern Lake County and would highly recommend them!

Fine. A few things I thought strange... they dust around objects, but don't actually ever dust the objects. That seems a little pointless since the "things" will be getting dusty as well. Baseboards were still dirty in my entryway, although I don't think wiping them was on the list of what they do. I'll either do these few things myself or keep looking for a service that will.

There were three cleaners that showed up for approximately three hours. It was very average for a deep clean with the house empty. After the cleaning there was still sporadic cobwebs on the walls. There was still dust and dirt on top of some of the appliances. The entire house did not have that clean feel or smell. I also paid extra to have the refrigerator cleaned but the freezer and ice maker were still very dirty.

Noemi has been the constant in our team and she is phenomenal! Everyone who works with her understand completely what must be accomplished and the best way to do it. The service was great. The housecleaners are pleasant, punctual, efficient and they do a great job. I started with the main rooms (kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, bath and main bedrooms). They do such a great job that I am considering expanding to the rest of my home.

They are very professional and it's the same crew every time which I appreciate. They are very responsive to requests, but sometimes they don't clean as thoroughly as they could be when it come to dusting. But overall I would give them an 8 out of 10.

They were able to provide service at short notice. Maids showed up a little late, but that is not a big deal. We were showing our home to a potential buyer, and the place was SPOTLESS and smelled amazing! I highly recommend them. We may use them again to free up time at home, well worth the price!
