Mark was very prompt and accessible throughout the project.
He gave priceless professional advise and education. Showed considerable amount of patience in answering all my questions in detail and showed flexibility to my request for unplanned add ons in my shower.
Mark took great care of the rest of the house by keeping the area neat and clean after each day's work. He would not track in outdoor dirt with his shoes or equipment as he always laid down a fresh thick paper barrier as not to dirty my rug and the stairs.
His calm demeanor and great attitude put me at ease right away. He worked tirelessly and was careful to do a wonderful job!
He has an eye for art and design so his advice in my choice of materials was made easier by his input.
Very personable, smart, clean, professional, ethical, trustworthy and prompt! I would definitely recommend him no matter how hopeless your job may look at the time.
He took my disgusting 'down to the studs' unusable bathroom and turned it into a literal spa-like showplace!

PS: Also, My terrible looking weathered and cracked wood deck was sanded smooth and stained, it's so beautiful!

I called Mark and he was able to come by and give me a detailed estimate in a very reasonable amount of time. We scheduled a date to start work. Mark was on time and prepared for the job. He first disassembled and removed a large wooden play set my kids no longer used. Then he started on my two story deck fixing loose railings and replacing rotten handrails. He and his son power washed and stained it which was a bit of a challenge since it had never before been done in 20 years. The result was EXACTLY as I had pictured it in my mind.

The next month he came back to assemble 8 IKEA bookcases many of which had glass doors and unfortunately some missing hardware. He managed to find suitable alternatives to the missing parts as IKEA wasn't answering my request for replacement. In two+ days Mark and his son had completed the assembly and anchored the cases to the wall with rather stunning results.

I am incredibly pleased and looking forward to working with him again.
