Rick immediately returned my call despite a death in his family. On the day of the appointment he was punctual and very friendly, and got right to work. He had to work around an old box that didn't fit properly with the new fixture, and for awhile I didn't think the new one could be installed, but Rick persisted and fit the new chandelier in beautifully. He made sure it hung perfectly, and stuck around awhile longer to give me good advice on some future projects. Considering the extra work he had to do, I thought the installation price was a bargain. A very nice person -- and clearly knowledgeable. We plan to use him again for more projects, and would readily recommend him to our friends.

Outstanding service and professionalism, competitive pricing. From the owner's consultation on where to install the lights in the ceiling to the actual installation, the team did an excellent job. They were punctual, polite, friendly, cleaned up beautifully after the work was done, and we were absolutely thrilled with everything. They went out of their way to buy nicer light plates, listened to my feedback, and wanted above all for us to be satisfied. An enthusiastic A. I would hire them again and recommend them to my friends.

HE MAY NOT BE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE BUT IT'S REASONABLE. WHEN HE WORKED FOR ANOTHER COMPANY WE WOULD ALWAYS ASK FOR HIM. NOW THAT HE'S ON HIS OWN IT'S EVEN BETTER. HE'S HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY AND VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. GRADING HIM WITH "A'S" IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. IF THERE WAS A GRADE HIGHER THAN AN "A" THAT'S WHAT JOHN DESERVES.
