I shopped around before deciding on KET Home Services for my new A.C. I made the right decision. Ken was a pleasure to work with! We spoke on the phone and 3 days later I had a new A.C. The price and quality of the unit was the best that I found. He was in and out in less than 4 hours. I will be needing a second unit installed in the near future and will definitely hire KET again.

I highly recommend Ken and KET Home Services, great company to work with and extremely competitive pricing! Our furnace and A/C were 22 years old and we wanted to proactively replace both just in case we had another winter like 2018 into 2019 and of all the estimates we got, Ken came in the most competitive but what sold us most was his honesty, no up selling or pressure and his passion and professionalism for the industry. Ken knows his stuff, they were fast to install our units and we would hands down hire KET again!

Superior workmanship at a modest price and with integrity. When I inquired about a more expensive furnace with higher capacity, Ken Thomas told me that the less expensive one was the correct size for my house and passed on the chance to increase his bill. Ken and his son took the time and care to do it right. He also included a 4" air filter with the furnace without trying to make it an extra cost option as do other contractors.

Ken offered services even on weekend with reasonable pricing. He showed up on time. He is knowledgeable and very quickly determined the root cause and replaced the capacitor. I Highly recommend him.

Ken did an excellent job. During a sweltering heat spell, my air conditioning went out. I called Ken and he came out the very next day! He was professional and punctual. We first got an estimate for ABC, that was pretty high to begin, and even after Angie List discount it was over $10,000. We call KET and they were able to give us much better rate and schedule without the 1.5 hour meeting with ABC's sales member.

Ken replaced our old furnace and air conditioner unit. His quote was less than the other companies, and he didn't try to upsell us on additional equipment. The work was all completed within one day. Our new Ecobee thermostat also works great. I would definitely use Ken in the future.

Ken immediately responded when I called him to let him know I needed a quote for a new draft motor for my furnace. Another company quoted me twice the price he did. He came to my home and replaced it. He was professional and friendly. Never did I feel he was trying to sell me something. I’ve added him to my contacts so next time I will be calling him instead for repair work. I recommend Ken the next time you’re looking for an honest friendly person to do service work for a reasonable price.

The summary: Honest and knowledgeable, highly recommend. I purchased an Angie's List deal for an inspection of the AC system. We have been struggling with the air flow in our house, too much in some rooms, too little in others. And wanted to the have someone look over the system for any preventive maintenance we should look at. Ken came out and was great. He listened and asked questions about the problems with the cooling and went over our system. He made some adjustments to the dampers and the closed some vents in some areas to help balance out the cooling. He also looked at our AC unit and furnace and did not recommend any maintenance. The adjustments he made were very helpful.

Ken was very responsive, he came out the same day I called him about my poorly running air conditioner. I’d already had another company out who said I needed a whole new unit and they quoted $6300! I called Ken for a second opinion. He was able to add more Freon for $500, and said he’d research for a less expensive way to fix my unit if the Freon leaked this season. He seemed hopeful I could get 2 to 3 or more years on this unit, giving me time to save money for a new unit. Trying to come up with $6300 right now was not in my budget! Ken had the ac nice and cold right away and it has stayed that way. With Ken I felt like I was dealing with a friend of the family as opposed to the first company which made me feel like maybe they were only interested in selling me a new unit. I’ll keep calling Ken for any ac issues in the future, for sure!

Ken and his team did a great job. Highly recommend. Professional, competent and on-time! Went with a smaller family company found on this site. The reviews were a big deal to me. That's why I am posting here so others will see I had a great experience. Love to support the "smaller guys", especially since they do a better job than some bigger firms.
