Contacted 2 companies of which I choose to go with the company that originally installed the pavers for the previous home owner. Company was timely in visiting location to provide quote and seemed knowledgable. Sent $1,000 down payment in April 2011 to secure a spot in the schedule. Had to reach out several times to determine status of the job. Althought the reason for the delay was rain, proactive communication on job status would have made a difference. In June I finally called and indicated I wanted my down payment back of which I received an email that they would start the job that week. the job seemed rushed and did not meet our expectations. There was moss and weeds still in the paver cracks and the joint stablizer application was not complete. I did contact the company and they did send a crew out on a holiday weekend to complete the job. The second time around was better than the first (different crew). I do want to note that there are 2 companies listed with the same name on this site. The company I am referencing has a phone number of 847-838-3020 and are based out of Antioch, IL.
