The lights were on during the day, not on at all some nights, half on, etc. George and April first ignored my texts asking them to please let me know how to fix, then blamed our outlets (which are working fine and have worked well for holiday lights for 7 years), and then George texted "talk to your husband," and when I responded asking for a refund, he then texted that he would be over to take down all of the lights without indicating how or when he would return my $1950 paid for 2 lighted trees and some bush lights. Unbelieveably hostile and unprofessional.
