Got quote over phone. Had planned on taking blades off ourselves & taking them in to be sharpened but were stymied by inability to get one of them off. explained situation & asked for consideration for a fast turn around as obviously needed to mow lawn. were told should take about a week or week and few days at most. mower was picked up april 8 & returned april 27.Nearly 3 weeks to have blades sharpened & a belt replaced - which seems like an inordinate amount of time to me. They had the tractor for 1 week and a day before they called to say it needed a belt which had to be ordered. Couldn't they have looked at the mower sooner even if they didn't have the time to do the work ? Then there wouldn't have been such a long wait for the belt, which I think they probably should have had in stock anyway. That is a very common item for a company in the mower service business. When I would call to check on the status, their attitude was very much who cares, unconcerned, as if they were doing me a favor in doing the work in the first place. I was always careful to be very polite and keep a pleasant tone to my voice, as I did want to see my mower again, so its not as if they were annoyed at an irate customer. Bottom line, it took too long, cost too much, and came with attitude.

When I returned I received credit for it, and then I was recharged for the product 3 weeks later. I had to call the credit card company and have this reversed. I will never go back.
