Very pleased...I'm an old gearhead and noticed several details that they did that they didn't have to do, but nevertheless were appreciated.

They were able to schedule my car immediately and provide me with a very nice courtesy car. I thought the problem might be the alternator, which they checked along with the started, but it was just the battery. Prius batteries are expensive and they found the best price available and gave me a senior discount. They also checked other systems and made recommendations for other repairs that could be done later, like new tires and front brakes, which came as no surprise. They simply weren't in the budget. I had my baby back in less than 24 hours. Thank you, Gages Lake.

Gages Lake Auto identified a problem with my transmission, which was due for scheduled maintenance. They showed me the problem personally and explained it. They did not apply high-pressure sales tactics. I waited about a month and then asked them to perform the service. They were able to schedule me within a couple days. The job cost less than their initial estimate, and the loaner vehicle made them very convenient. They seem very trustworthy and focused on customers.

It went really well. The staff is friendly and explains in detail what they are going to do. They were able to isolate a few issues we were experiencing on our car and I'm happy to report the car is operating much more smoothly. I was hesitant to use them because I always defaulted to the dealership for work. After this experience I can't imagine going anywhere else. I think they're a little pricey but for the level of quality and thoroughness I'd gladly pay their rates again. They also have loaners cars available if I needed one which is a nice perk.

They'll explain everything and give you a call before the service is done -- they'll offer you choices. I live 20 miles away and I will actually travel to them. They're courteous and concerned about the customer -- it's who they are.

They offer a warranty on their work too -- no haggle! They have loaner cars, and know me personally.

Gages Lake is a great place to take your car. They have serviced numerous cars for us, some older cars and some newer ones. We have always been happy with their service. Very willing to pick you up, drop you off or get you a loaner car if you need one for the day. Very good at explaining what went wrong, what was needed to be done and in constant contact if any issues arise. Very good with women, do not talk down to anyone. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

For many years now, the folks at Gages Lake Auto have been our go to mechanics for all things motorized including our class A motorhome. They are more than fair in pricing. They regularly go above and beyond to make sure everything is fixed to our satisfaction. Their loaner fleet allows us to get our vehicles serviced but not spend an entire day waiting around. Their email reminders come in very handy as we all get busy and as long as the car is running fine, we tend to forget about taking care of it. The staff is awesome, very down to earth and knowledgeable. I can't imagine taking our cars/RV anywhere else.

Gages Lake Auto has hands down the best service anywhere. There are plenty of garages in the area that are closer to my home, but I will drive out of the way to use this shop. They have excellent service, amazing technicians that have never steered me wrong, and free loaner cars (and minivans) available! I have been using Gages Lake Auto for many years and for several vehicles that have passed the 90,000 mile mark. I highly recommend Gages Lake Auto.
