Homeowners beware, this company is not trust worthy. Due to poor workmanship from American Eagle and their subcontractors on our roof and gutters that caused water intrusion that cost thousands more in additional repairs inside our home. If you are thinking of hiring American Eagle exteriors, I would not recommend them. Find another company that will guarantee high quality work .

Ian is a great person to work with. Took us through the process of the repair and the financing step by step. Great crew on-site friendly and took care of some other issues at no charge.

The team has been terrific. I added some additional work for them in light of the fine job they were doing. Highly recommended.

Titan Builders was great. Mike was very flexible with his scheduling. They were able to work around our tenants schedule as well. They made it very easy for my wife and I to make all of our selections. The value was great. The speed and quality of their work was astounding! Our whole kitchen was remodeled in less than two weeks, including the countertops! I'd definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We live in the suburbs, and decided to remodel our condo in the city. It was a daunting thought, living so far from the site, and while we wanted it to be nice, we weren't interested in a huge budget project, just wanted a nice, up to date look. I first interviewed a company I found on the internet, but not very impressed with them. I went on Angies list. I had contact with 4 companies that I thought had the best reviews, but narrowed it down to 2/ Of those 2 I liked Mike the best from the very start. He seemed so knowledgeable, and assured me he knew just what I was looking for. I asked him for references I could talk to, and he willingly supplied them (the other person did too, but not as readily). They were all glowing. Then both companies came in to see my unit and based on everything I decided to go with Mike and Titan Builders, and I am extremely happy that I did. From start to finish Mike and his lead guy Robert guided me through the project, gave me design ideas, and a beautiful finished project. Being that my building is almost 100 years old there were a few hiccups, which Robert dealt with very capably and professionally. I had ordered the appliances through Best Buy, who so totally screwed up my order I thought I was going to lose my mind, but throughout that fiasco Mike stayed totally calm, offered solutions, and kept me calm. They dealt with the condo management, getting all the permissions necessary. Mike and Robert answered every call and email/text in rapid fashion. They came in on budget, and in a timely manner (there were a few delays, but again, not their fault, due to surprise issues from things behind walls you couldn't see initially, and the holidays (Christmas and New Years) falling during the project. I am pleased with every facet of my kitchen, and can't say enough good things about Titan Builders!

Dealing with Ian is like talking with your brother or father. You can tell him most anything and work out whatever needs to be done. When he says I'll get back to you . he does . Both my wife and I were very satisfied by the workmanship and pride taken by all that were involved with our roofing and house project. If you're looking for that guy or that company ? This is the one you should talk to first or last if you like saving the best for last.

Very professional, exceeded expectations and the roof is amazing. Crew took pride in work which is unusual these days. Ian knew his business and always followed through, nice to call someone and they answer. Would strongly recommend to everyone.

I found Titan on home advisor and called for an appointment. Mike called us back within an half and hour and from there we set up an appointment. Titan is our second experience with a contractor and ultimately the BEST! My husband and I are so happy AND wish that Titan was our first contractor experience! Mike checked in daily with us and Robert's Crew (Mario, Fabian and Freddy!) who were fantastic! I have to mention first off that they are pet friendly which was a great relief...My dog loved getting extra pets and seeing the crew everyday. Robert's team was punctual on a daily basis and would contact me with updates if anything changed. He assisted us in redesigning our kitchen for maximum storage and functionality. Robert was an excellent listener and would then explain why an idea would work or why it would not. For me, this was key because I need to why and Robert had no problem explaining that to me. Good communication is essential...My husband and I were amazed at how quickly our new kitchen had taken form... from the floor guys who refinished our original maple hard wood floor to the counter top guy, we were pleased with the results! Mike is a true Chicagoan who knows the area, we were quite impressed! Titan is a one of a kind business and WE would chose them again for a project!

Titans was absolutely amazing. From start to finish we had no complaints. After interviewing several companies, we knew Titans was the one we wanted to use from the first meeting. They completely remodeled our kitchen and bathroom and the quality was phenomenal. The customer service was also first class, always willing to help and go above and beyond the call of duty. Would highly recommend this company. We didn’t just find a wonderful contractor, but we gained a life long friend.

Ian Tepper, our contact, was very knowledgeable about the process as well as accommodating to our specific needs. Because a portion of our job was an insurance claim, he attended the inspection by the claims adjuster and worked with him to ensure all work would be done properly. Communication was excellent. The crew was efficient and professional. They did a full tear off roof replacement with ice barrier upgrade as well as helped us install the appropriate covers for our kitchen and bathroom vents and remove unwanted items from our roof such as an unused dish and false chimney. They went above and beyond even helping us replace a small piece of siding that had damage. All debris was cleaned up and hauled away. In the end, our roof no longer leaks and looks great! We are very pleased and would definitely recommend Exterior Restoration Group!!

We did our research on HomeAdvisor, BBB, Angie's List, etc. Titan Builders and one other company came to the top. We went with Titan because their bid was very fair without any heavy handed sales tactics, gimmicks, or hidden costs. Michael D., Titan President, was open and responsive to our questions and later during the project very easy to communicate with, often present on site. Robert N., the crew lead, knew his stuff. His team worked efficiently and actually ahead of schedule a bit. Reconciliation at the end was very fair. The whole process was smooth and the kitchen looks great. Any remodel can be a nerve wracking experience, especially if you land a high-pressure or unresponsive contractor. Working with Titan was the opposite, a really good experience. Will go back.

Titan Builders lives up to its name in every respect! I needed someone to help with a gut renovation of my kitchen and butler's pantry. Titan Builders was highly recommended on several consumer sites and was immediately responsive to my call. Mike and his team, led by Robert, did a truly fantastic job. He and his team not only provided top-quality workmanship but also offered design suggestions, including modifications to the lighting, crown molding and cabinet configurations, which made a dramatic difference in the final project. Within the time frame promised, he transformed the space into my dream kitchen! The job was expertly completed by a wonderful team -- efficient, diligent and hardworking. The professionalism of all involved reflects well on the company and the integrity of its leadership. I highly recommend Titan and Mike Dreier, who is a consummate professional -- knowledgeable, honest and forthright , who is dedicated to make his customers happy. We hired the company for several reasons. To us, one of the important things was the initial contact. Ian Tepper, called, made an appointment, showed up as scheduled, was professional and attentive to our situation. We needed an entire roof replacement. He brought samples, large enough for us to get an assessment of what the roof would look like, instead of a couple of 2" squares. He gave us a competitive price, and we signed up. On the date scheduled he showed up personally, with his crew and got to work immediately. They were working safely, professionally and competently. Above all, they were neat as they proceeded with their work, laying down tarps and protecting our property and plantings. At night they cleaned up and removed all debris, more than just broom clean. The job was finished as scheduled, and looks fantastic, more than we expected. I would recommend the company for any roofing work needed to be done.

That the project manager went the extra mile for me and his crew worked in very cold weather and high winds and did a good job. I would recommend this group of men to my family and friends.

Excellent communication and customer service. Mike was a pleasure to work with. I need kitchen + bath remodel and also laminate flooring. It is great that Titan Builders was able to do all that for me (Condo in high rise building). Very happy with the end results. Mike was also very flexible when I was particular about certain details, we can always work something out. Would definitely recommend.

After looking at 5 companies, we decided to work with Titan Builders this summer to completely remodel our 1960's kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the work they provided, the professionalism of the staff or the customer service. Mark Seef was the representative that showed up to provide an estimate for the services. Mark is a great guy and a great consultant. He provided ideas and suggestions that showed us right away that he was LISTENING to what was important to US. He was also very responsive to our questions before, during and after the job. Plus, he came within the original financial budget and time frame, which was fantastic. The work itself is pristine. Everyone that comes over is BLOWN away with the way our home has been transformed. I am still impressed with the quality of work every time I come home. Furthermore - the professionalism that these guys displayed was second to none. I really liked the fact that if we needed to make a request or ask a question, the answer was always, "We can do that for you." or they would explain very clearly why we should go a different route. Plus, they were able to handle everything we needed. We had a wall removed, custom island built, our refrigerator placed inside of an existing wall, tons of drywall replaced, electrical work, plumbing, flooring, etc. They did a great job with everything. It was clear to us from day 1 that we made a great decision and I would have no reservations referring these guys to my friends for family. In fact, I have already recommended them twice. If you're in the market for some major work done to your home, these guys are definitely a great decision. Thank you Titan Builders for our new kitchen!
