C.M. Building Technologies LLC

I wanted to reconfigure the floor plan in a historic building while maintaining its original character. Chris consistently worked with me to come up with creative solutions to issues that arose in this 1920s building in which the walls are made of firebrick and door jams are steel. Original frame moldings on the walls needed to be cut down and some needed to be adapted to make new walls consistent. Chris was managing subcontractors for carpentry, floor refinishing, heating, electrical, and painting, and whenever there was a glitch (as there inevitably is) he made sure it was fixed to my satisfaction. I would definitely work with him again.

We couldn't be happier! His attention to detail is outstanding! The first project we had C.M. Technologies work on was remodeling our main floor bathroom and back entryway. He created a mudroom out of a little used closet, installed new floor tiles, new crown molding and baseboards. He completely gutted our bathroom and installed all new fixtures. He also installed three new doors and painted everything. He walked us through the entire project; helping us pick out molding and fixtures, and working with suppliers.
That project was installed a year ago. We recently had C.M. Technologies back out to build us a deck. As expected his work is excellent! His attention to detail makes all the difference. The deck is quite large and like nothing else in the neighborhood. Once again, he took care of everything and the project was completed without any problems. I can't wait for the next project!

The project couldn't have went better!! The work was top notch, much better then I'm used to seeing. I have dealt with so many hack contractors before, and I'm glad I'll never have to again. The owner Chris was so easy to deal with and really made us feel comfortable with this complicated process. The workers were so friendly, we will almost miss having them around! We cant possibly explain in so many words how much of a pleasure it was to work with this company. We found a contractor (and friend) for life!!!
