For the home inspection, John did a thorough inspection of every room, basement and attic. He took time to explain things he has seen and answered question with sufficient background knowledge.

We used John as our home inspector before moving into a new home, and would highly recommend him. He was very thorough and took several hours to check the entire inside and outside of the house, giving us advice on any changes he would recommend us doing. He was very knowledgeable. He took many pictures which he included in a detailed report emailed to us after the inspection. Furthermore, he was personable and made the experience enjoyable.

John worked with my schedule, showed up on-time on a Sunday. Was very professional and conduct a comprehensive inspection of my home and property. He completed the report on the spot and I learned a lot. John and I worked together at one time, he did give me a one time discounted rate, but the service would have been worth the full fee.
