Their 'professionalism' stopped with the signing of the contract. To summarize, they billed me for work that was contracted for but never performed. They did not perform some contracted work (fertilization or trimming). They did not keep appointments. They did not return calls. And, although they advertised acceptance of credit cards, they came back and said they would charge a 5% surcharge if credit card was used. Trying to get a hold of them by phone or email was near impossible. They would not answer when I called (dozens of times) during normal business hours. On a few occasions, when my call was not answered, I would immediately call back and either block my number or use a cell phone (to prevent their caller ID screening). On these occasions they would answer. I did not use angies list to find them.. although i replaced them in 2012 with a top

We worked with Todd and his team throughout the entire project to transform our outdoor space.  They were very helpful drafting a plan, helping us stay within budget , suggesting ideas and helping us see how it would all come together.  They started before they promised, showed up every day on-time ... even in VERY hot conditions.  We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and the outcome of the project.  Aspen also recommended high quality contractors that we could use for areas outside of the landscaping project - i.e. handyman for door installations, siding repair and electrical and a reputable tree removal service.  We would recommend Aspen Landscapes for any job big or small.
