I left two msgs on Tom's vm -- noon on Thu 12/10 and 4:50pm on Tue 12/15 -- containing my #, brief description of work needed, & location. I'd called Ammco because he's close to my house. No response to either despite the passage of 2+ full business days. For comparison, another electrician called back w/in 2 hrs, and the first emailed that I was out of his service area.

I called several electricians from Angies list with good reviews and Mike had the lowest quote by about half. We were discussing having him come out in a day or two but while getting bids the problem escalated and I needed him to fix it that night. He came over immediately on a Friday evening and replaced the main circuit breaker, no additional charge. He did not try to replace the entire panel or upcharge me in any way, which I appreciate!

We've used Ammco before and had a great experience, this second visit was no different. Tom came out and gave us an estimate. Steve performed the work as agreed. Everyone there is very professional and friendly.

They did a wonderful job. Very professional and arrived shortly after I contacted them. I needed a new fixture to be replaced so as soon as I got a new one, they returned and fixed it. Very nice gentlemen and announced who they were right at the door.

Tom & Co. were extremely responsive, professional, flexible & easy to work with. The project came in on time & under budget, and I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work. They also secured the necessary permits, saving me the time & hassle of doing it myself. Ammco is the first & only place I will consider for my future electrical needs.

Great service! Tom came out and did a walk through to help us understand what we needed. Steve came back the following week and performed all the work as agreed. Our house will definitely need additional electrical work and we plan to call Ammco again.

Called Ammco and talked to Mike and explained the problem. He asked that I email him a picture of the electrical panel so he would know the type of unit. Mike confirmed he had the necessary parts and stated he could fix the problem that morning before he went to another job. He arrived as he stated and was very friendly. He made sure I knew what he was doing. I would most definitely use Ammco again!

Our washer and dryer did not work on the normal outlets , but would work on other outlets. We call Ammco and Mike came immediately. Located the problem after thorough investigation but had to come back the next day to finish the job as he had a previous commitment (which was appreciated that he valued all their customers). He did advise the estimated cost of repairs before he left. They called the following day to confirm a time and were prompt and thorough. Cost was as conveyed the day before. Mike was very personable and very knowledgable.

Perfect...inside and out. Made sure his feet were clean since he had to go in and out. One day and it was done. He did a great job!

I had dealt with Ammco before and they are top notch. Very timely, always friendly and they do good work.

I called at 7:05 am and they were here within 2 hours. Unbelievably fast! The gentleman fixed my issue quickly and was very professional. Happy for the ultra-quick response, great job and fair price. I will definitely use them again.

We finished 2/3 of basement and Ammco completed all the electrical work. Everything was done to code. Arrived on time. Clean. Courteous. Detailed invoice. I did not rate pricing as we did not have the work bid on by anyone else. He came highly recommended by our contractor. Also fixed our under cabinet lighting in the kitchen at no cost. Tom is very easy to deal with and we will use Ammco again for any future projects.

They were excellent - they follow up when parts come in versus you having to chase someone down! They quote you fairly on the phone for various parts necessary and don't gouge you in our opinion. The guys come out - clean up after themselves but more importantly do what they are suppose to and stick to what was quoted. We are very happy with this group and will continue to use them - we've already referred them on to a few folks that had asked for a referral.

They could fit my small job in the day after I called them. Wow, now that is service. They came in the time window they said they would. They worker was very nice and did a good job.

They are always fair in price, schedule appointments quickly, are professional and do good work! Nice people! Would highly recommend!

Since this job was done we sold the house and moved, and left all paperwork with the new owners, therefore I am only able to share what I can remember. I recall being very satisfied with both the subject who provided the estimate and the subject who did the actual work from the perspective that they both explained everything thoroughly to me and answered all of my questions. This was my first time hiring an electrician and I had heard horror stories as to the expense involved however I believe I was charged a very fair price for what was done. Aside from the fuse to circuit breaker conversion, I recall a several new outlets being installed. A couple of these, the dishwasher and microwave specifically, were given a dedicated line (they explained to me that that was the only way to meet code requirements). Everything was completed in a timely manner and done cleanly. I'm a big attention to detal type of person and after they left I could find nothing to find fault with! I will certainly call Ammco if I ever need the services of an electrician again.

TOM WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND WHO MANAGES AN APARTMENT COMPLEX. TOM WAS ON VACATION, SO IT TOOK HIM A FEW DAYS TO GET BACK TO ME. HE CAME TO MY HOUSE PROMPTLY, WROTE DOWN AND FAXED ME A QUOTE ON REQUEST AND BEGAN AND COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. HE ALSO OFFERED COMMENTS ALONG THE WAY THAT SAVED US MONEY. HIS CREW (STEVE AND BRENT) WERE GREAT AND CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THEY WERE ALSO THE LOWEST BID FOR THIS WORK AND I THINK SOME OTHERS FROM WHOM WE OBTAINED BIDS RAISED THEIR BIDS BECAUSE OF OUR ZIP CODE. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE AND WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN AND AGAIN.
