Had two good seasons with Nick. The third season everything fell apart. Usually only one person showed up, however the third season a second person who was a trainee came along. He did nothing and the total time to get the works done was the same to the previous years. Yet, Nick wanted to charge me for two persons without any heads-up. In other words he wanted to charge me hundreds extra for a second guy who was in training. When I spoke with him about it, he got very rude. To make matters worse, his guys lied about start and end time. I even sent Nick a video showing the start and end times, however he never responded nor made any refund for the overcharged time. Horrible service.

Buyer beware!!! Company will not stand behind its work. Owner is rude , belligerent . Had sprinkler system repaired , 2 days later when system was turned on sprinkler was not running properly. I called owner who told me he would not stand behind his work and told me to go elsewhere after promptly cashing my check. Please check out all the negative reviews from company on Yelp. I do not make a habit of posting reviews but please go elsewhere and find a reputable company to do the repair the right way

Answered promptly. Told me his crew was all out but would get to it late today. Said his price was $100 for the first time and $45 after that. He would do the drive after every 2” or more snowfall.. seemed pricey but since he was the only one who answered and will do the rest of the season it was ok. They do the side walks and stoop too. I heard from my renters a half hour after I called and someone from Allscape was already there doing the snow removal.. I am very pleased so far.

Do not hire this guy. He charged me $400 to do the work and when I called him back the next day because the broken solenoid wasn't fixed, he rattled off a list of excuses as to the cause of the problem, none of which was that his guy replaced the wrong solenoid. It took Allscape two weeks to come back and when I complained to him that the placement of the 3 rotors he installed seemed way too close together ( 3 in a triangular configuration about 10' on a side) he copped at attitude telling me that he was an expert with 20 years of experience, that's the way all of sprinklers at his house are configured and that the company that installed my sprinkler system did a crap job. I also pointed out that there was a mister that they forgot to cap off. So the conversation went from "I know what I'm talking about but you can have anything you want, it's just going to cost more money" to "I'm out of here." He called off his worker who was in the middle of fixing the solenoid (the correct one this time) and drove off. What a piece of work. Have some pride in your work Nick and treat your customers with respect.

"The real version of the is: When we got to the property he asked us o convert a mister zone into a rotor zone to cover an area of recaptured lawn. We positioned 3 rotors in a triangle pattern to cover the concerned area, as well as the area the old misters covered. When we were done, we showed him the working zone. He agreed it covered the area adequately. We also changed a solenoid. My service tech manually turned on the zone to confirm that it was the correct zone he wanted us to address. He said that it was, so we changed the solenoid. This much work was done at the price he was bid. After we completed that work, he said he was concerned about a leak in his waterfall. After researching the waterfall leak, we came to find that there was a leak in the main line that he thought was the waterfall leak. After repairing that leak, it came to our attention that there was a second main line leak, and we repaired that one as well. Both of these leaks were repaired for free, no parts, and no labor was charged. In conclusion, we did $100.00 of additional work for free on top of the $400.00 job we did. When the customer called back, he showed me the heads he felt were to close together, and we offered to move them to any distance he choose for parts and labor. He refused, and demanded that we do it for free. By this time, my service tech had changed the solenoid in zone 4 that he claims was bad for free. At that point we left the property."

Allscape exceeded my expectations. First of all Nick Boyle returned my call within 10 minutes of me leaving a message. Because he was in the area, he could stop by that afternoon to look at what we needed done. He said he could perform the job the following week. They showed up promptly and trenched the area, installed a new 40 ft. drain tile, and replaced the sod. It was so neatly done, that I couldn't even tell they had been there! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had a very good experience today. The technician was right on time and got our system up and running for the season, including fixes to multiple sprinkler heads and installation of a new control panel. It was a bit on the expensive side but they also provided an hour of free labor which helped. I am planning to use Allscape going forward.

AllScape blew out my sprinkler system in the fall and all work was performed on time as expected. This spring when I turned the system back-on I found a sprinkler head that had been broken off and the part was hidden under my landscape. I called Allscape and spoke with Nick the owner and he said he would repair it for a $75 service charge, plus parts and labor. When I told him again that Allscpe had made the damages, he simply hung up.
Allscape does not stand behind their work and if they damage something on your system they will expect you to pat for it. I do not recommend that you hire this contractor for any work as they have no sense for customer service or professional liability.

Very Professional and courteous. Allscape does great work. Last year they expanded and repaired my sprinkler system. It was a lot of work and done after the growing season had started. They did their best to preserve flower beds and plants, completed the job in the time frame promised and cleaned up afterwards. I now use them for all sprinkler services.
