Rafael had a busy schedule but still came the next day to pressure wash my patio! He was on time and gave me a quote on the phone but told me if I did not think that was fair I could give him whatever I wanted! How many times do we ever hear that??? My patio has never been so clean!! I told a neighbor about him and he hired him on the spot! I HIGHLY recommend him!

Raphael was great. He arrived ahead of schedule, walked me through exactly what he was going to do and asked about the areas I needed done. He made sure to tape off any exterior electrical areas and move any furniture. He was very detailed in the areas that I needed treated and also pointed out some areas I didn't see. He was extremely thorough, very friendly, and accommodating. His service was excellent from the first point of contact until he finished. The house and back concrete patio areas look great! I would definitely have him out again the next time I need a power wash and will refer him to friends. Excellent service!
