AGNES CLEANING SERVICE

I still use them. I can't say they do exceptionally well. But I would recommend them to someone else. There was one time when something was scratched and they said they didn't do it. Between the owner and I, we couldn't figure out how it happened. I guess I have to be fair with her and say no one could figure out how it happened. She really tried to find out. She talked to everyone. I've had them back so now if they see something unusual they'll call me to the room and say "this is what I found and I want you to know this was here" and I appreciate that. I wouldn't say anything negative about them.

I have used Agnes Cleaning Service about half a dozen times (maybe more) and I have been very happy with the service. Scheduling an appointment with Agnes is very easy, which in my previous experiences with other cleaning services has been very difficult. Because of the size of our condo, 2 people are sent to our home each time. We have had different people almost every time and I'm so pleasantly surprised that each one has been so lovely to work with. They have all arrived on time, I walk them quicly through everything that needs to be done and where all the supplies are and my husband and I leave for work....easy peasy! :) We leave our valuables lying around and we also have a puppy (Zoey) that stays there while they work. It's hilariuos, because Zoey loves them all and they have treated her so well. Basically, it's safe to say that my husband and I (and Zoey) have been happy working with Agnes and her cleaning crew. I would confidently recommend to anyone to use their services.

I was pleased with the hard work of the girls who did the cleaning. They followed the instructions that were given. They adapted to my cleaning supplies and choice of furniture polish.

They came on short notice, we called the day before, however they said they'd come between two and three o'clock and they came at four. A crew of four came and they were done before five o'clock.  The bathrooms looked good however the kitchen floor was very dirty, the cabinets dusty, the windows were streaky and none of the hardwood floors were cleaned.  Perhaps their day ends at five and they ran out of time, but that's not our fault.  They came and hour or more late.  We're very disappointed. The occupants are expecting their first child along with moving and really needed the help.  We all cleaned until ten o'clock that same night because of what had not been accomplisehed by Agnes Cleaning.
We will not call them again.

She is expensive but she is very detail oriented and meticulous. She is very responsible. Compared to other services we are paying a premium but we know that we are getting quality work. The way she takes her business seriously really stands out.
