They take great care of our new puppy. We feel very secure letting come into our home and walk and work with our dog.

I enjoyed my trip, knowing that my pet was being loved and cared for. When I came home, there was a detailed journal of each visit, describing what was done and how my pet reacted. The billing was easily handled too.

We were very pleased with the service and would use it again without hesitation. Autumn was responsive over text and quick to reassure that all was well with out cats while we were gone. The cats were happy and well-taken care of during our trip and she even cleaned up a mess that cats made when the knocked over a tin of Christmas cookies looking for a "snack!" We are relived to have a pet sitter we can count on in the future for extended trips out of town.

Purrpawsfull "aunties" (as we call them) leave detailed notes on each visit. The visits are 1/2 hour and include pretty much whatever you ask for -- feeding, short walks, playing, cuddling. Our dogs, in the past, have included elderly and/or health-challenged dogs on various medications or special diets or with restrictions on movement due to spinal problems etc. We have had up to 3 pugs at a time in our household, and Purrpawsful handles everything wonderfully, accommodating each dog's needs. The "aunties" also (without being asked) bring in mail, water flowers on the patio, etc. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the reliable and trustworthy service they provide. Highly recommended.

Autumn really cares about our dogs! Before the first time we used her services, she arrived at our door with treats in-hand to meet us and our dogs. They were thrilled to meet her. In addition to loving our dogs, one of the most valuable parts of her care include a thorough diary-type written report of what she did during each (4 times/day)visit, how the dogs responded to her, where they walked, what they played. I look forward to these reports! One time when it had been a long time between times when we needed her services, she paid us a visit (with treats) just to be sure the dogs remembered her. They were clearly thrilled to see her again! They welcomed her with fiercely wagging tails and covered her with kisses. We couldn't be more pleased with Autumn and her pet sitting service! Best of all is that we can leave our 4-legged children at home instead of having them cooped up in the noisy, cold atmosphere of a kennel where they could be exposed to diseases, etc.
