I WAS TOLD A FRIEND THAT THE CONCRETE WAS NOT THE RIGHT INGREDIENTS WHICH CAUSED A ROUGHNESS THAT FLAKED OFF. ALL OF THE OTHER WORK WAS OKAY AND HE WAS GOOD TO WORK WITH. I DID HAVE TO CHANGE MY PLANS FOR THE FLOORING BECAUSE NOW THE CARPETING CANNOT BE PUT DOWN, I HAD TO CHANGE TO LAMINATE FLOORING.

"The customer could have laid carpet down after the basement was waterproofed. I just asked that the customer use liquid nail, instead of carpet tacks."
