Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Warranty Company referred us to D&S Heating and Cooling. Darryl came out the next day as scheduled. Diagnosed a/c with circuit board issue. Ordered part and came the following day as promised to install it. Gave me his card and told me to call if I had an issue. That night, the a/c issue resurfaced. Called him 4 times the next day and sent a text message. Zero response – not even a “got your message, will call you back soon” (although he found the time to cash our check!) Contacted the warranty company who also could not get in touch with him! There is a reason Darryl is able to respond quickly when other service companies can't -- he only shows up for the initial visit or two. Do not expect him to follow up if there is an issue with his work. Unreliable! Unprofessional! Refuse to use him if your warranty company refers you!!!
