He never showed up the day he first said he would and didn't call either. He was very courteous and on time the next time to look at the work. When he came to do the job he was on time. He brought a student with him to train on the job and the hot and cold are switched. Since there are few plumbers in our area, I tried him again this spring for both plumbing and electrical problems. He was on time to look at the work and promised an estimate. It did not come for a month and I had to call. He promised it again and offered to e-mail it. I didn't get the e-mail. I called again and gave him my address and got the exstimate. This is now about 2 months later. I don't know much about plumbing so I assume the plumbing estimate was ok but I know a little about electrical and it seemed high to me. I found another plumber and electrician.
