Pat and Ken were great to work with. They were prompt in their estimates and installation. Ken came out to install the shutters himself, along with another guy. They did a great job and the shutters look fantastic. A couple of weeks after the installation, there was a small problem with one of the shutters. We called Ken and he came right out to fix it at no charge. They are also good at helping you to design what you want - the style, color, etc, and work with your budget. We were very happy going with them.
