I CALLED THIS COMPANY AFTER SEEING THE NAME IN THE PHONE BOOK AND SEEING THE TRUCKS AROUND MY NEIGHBORHOOD. WHEN THEY WERE TRIMMING THE THREE TREES THEY CAUSED DAMAGE TO MY HOUSE AND MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE. THEY BROKE A WINDOW IN MY HOUSE AND FLATTENED THE TOP OF THE CHIMNEY AND CHIMNEY CAP OF MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE. IT TOOK ABOUT 15 PHONE CALLS BEFORE THE COMPANY FIXED ALL THE PROBLEMS. AFTER THE PROBLEMS WERE FIXED THEY REMOVED ONE BRANCH HANGING DOWN FOR $370. THIS TOOK TWO MEN TO SLIDE THE BRANCH ACROSS THE YARD A TOTAL OF 5-7 MINUTES! I GOT AN ESTIMATE OF $5,800 TO HAVE A TREE REMOVED AND WAS TOLD THAT THE TREE WOULD FALL AT ANYTIME. WHEN I DID NOT GIVE THE OK HE BECAME RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE TO TRY TO GET ME TO SIGN. I GOT ANOTHER COMPANY TO REMOVE THE TREE FOR $1,600.
Description of Work: TRIMMED THREE TREES, REMOVED ONE LARGE BRANCH THAT WAS LEANING UP AGAINST A HOUSE, AND AN ESTIMATE TO REMOVE A LARGE TREE.
