We offer a wide range of services. Customers typically want us to come regularly; often on a weekly or biweekly basis. It is important customers understand that the initial clean will typically take longer than any of the following cleans. More time will be needed and invested in that first, initial clean. Sometimes she'll mop without sweeping first, which leaves an unclean finish once the water dries. But other than that the work was decent. She's often late, however, and is prone to last minute cancellations.

It was okay. We didn't have any problems. She did it adequately. There were no extra charges. She's very friendly. She worked hard. We have a big house so she did a lot of work. She was really into what she was doing.

It turned out good. There was no problem with her. In fact, after I get my kitchen remodeled, I'm going to have her on a permanent basis. She does work for my daughter. Her price depends on how big your house is. When we agreed upon the date, she came. I recommended her to my daughter and she periodically comes and works for her. The price was great. She was good. When she left my home it was very comfortable. She responded right away when I purchased the deal. She maintained what she came to do and she was professional with it.

She was great! Had to reschedule once due to car trouble. She came on time, walked her through our house and came up with a plan. She had great communication and followed up with a text (which I neglected to reply...). Anyway, we'll have her back I'm sure.

"In response, to your concerns Mr. [removed member name]. Prior to your appointment, I did mention to you ahead of time that I would have to charge you a trip fee. Of, Which you agreed to. Due to your home located 48 miles from my residence (one-way trip). Please, don't try and make it seem like I asked you for a trip fee, on the day of service. Yes, I did stay longer than the three hours you paid for, more like 5 hours. I mentioned to you, ahead of time that the first initial cleaning would take 3-4 hours. Due to the condition of your home, yes it did take longer....I didn't even charge you an extra fee for the extra time I was there. Not, to mention the figurine was already broken. I apologized, to you for spilling a little water on the carpet, of which I did try to clean to the best of my ability. I'm sorry, you wasn't satisfied with my cleaning. I would be glad to return for a second visit, free of charge to clean the carpet with my shampoo machine."

One lady came out to clean and worked very quickly. She spent about 2-3 hours at my place. She brought her own cleaning supplies. She did a nice job but it was just like how I would the house. I only had her clean the upstairs and where the dogs are located. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Tiffany did a great job. I bought this deal through the website. She took a couple days to respond but she is a one-woman show so I understand. She was able to book the day I requested and confirmed with me the day before. She was a little late but gave me the heads up that it was due to traffic.
She first wanted to take a tour to figure out exactly what products she would use to clean the house. She said she could use her own vacuum but explained that it was better to use one that we had in the home to avoid spreading germs and other stuff from other people's homes.
She did a great job cleaning and was very thorough. She went over a lot of things twice to make sure that they were in pristine condition. She worked hard to make sure the house looked good.
I really enjoyed using her and plan to do so in the future.

Very pleasant and good cleaning. Tiffany provides her own cleaning supplies, which is very nice of her%3b however%2c I domt care for scented products%2c especially for cooking areas. Her cleaner used for the microwave remained a long time, & still exists with heating. I am not comfortable with the possibility of cleaning chemicals combining with microwaved food. I prefer minimal chemical-based products which I choose.
The only other factor I considered in not continuing the service is the cost - $150 per occasion. While the cost isn't unreasonable given the distance Tiffany has to drive to my home, & the built-in cost of cleaning supplies she provides, it is higher than I typically pay. I know she would work with me re: cost, it is a long way for her to drive & pay gas for.
