The dealer who had originally installed the carpet would not even try to locate a match. I was told that if it was older than three years, it was probably discontinued. Since one entire level of our home is carpeted the same, it was important to us to find the match, and Ron did it. His installers were prompt, polite, and they did a nice job. I will definitely use them again.

Store has been in the area for years. Decided to try someone local. Called back for one minor cosmetic concern .Problem resolved the next day. We would definitely use them again!
