Excellent. Tom, the principal in Woodworks Unlimited, was very flexible in scheduling our initial visit and turned an estimate around the very next day. Our project was completed within just a few weeks of sending him a signed contract and our deposit. We're very pleased with the final product. The top of the bookcases match our mantle perfectly, and his installer did a great job compensating for the fact that our 90-year-old home isn't exactly square any more (you'd never be able to tell from the bookcases!). We'd definitely recommend Woodworks Unlimited to our friends, and we'd definitely use him again. The price wasn't cheap, but it was definitely fair for the craftsmanship we got in return.
