I bought a package deal for a certain amount of windows to be cleaned. When a representative from the company came out to look at the job he determined that the windows were very dirty due to it being a construction site (I was building a patio in the back yard). He told me he would NOT honor the package deal (even though there was no mention of a "construction site" not being covered). Instead the cost to clean the windows was going to be significantly more and I NEVER received a refund for the purchase of the package deal. BEWARE OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH ON THIS VENDOR!!!

Amazing! Dave responded quickly and we were able to arrange a time and day within a week to do our windows (inside and out), patio door, screens and window sills. Mike came on time and did a fantastic job. Well worth the very reasonable price. Will definitely hire again a would not hesitate to refer Window Genie to all friends and relatives. Thanks again for a great job!

Window Genie did a great job! I will definitely hire them again. They were quick to fit us into their schedule since we had an upcoming party. And they did a great job communicating. They needed to reschedule our initial appointment because it was raining, but they were great at c communicating when they could arrive, and they fit us in the next available day. They came out promptly to give me an in-person quote which I really appreciated. Our house looks so sparkly, and the windows are crystal clear. It couldn't have been an easier process.

They were very professional, courteous and on time. The owner Dave was really easy to work with and accommodating to our schedule. We have lived in our house for 6 years and never had our windows professionally cleaned before, so they really needed a lot of cleaning and the team worked extra time to get the job done. We plan on using them in the future to keep the windows and gutters regularly cleaned.

There was a team of cleaners in two trucks that showed up on time as requested. They were all professional and were very respectful of our home. Everyone worked hard for the very inexpensive job.

I called the number at 8 am and received a call back by 8:30am that day! The owner, Dave, answered the phone and was really professional and patient with me as I do not know much about these services. He answered all my questions and was not a pushy sales person at all. The team came to do the work the following week as planned. They were on time, professional, in uniforms with name badges. This was especially important to me since I was home alone with my daughter. The exterior of my house looked so clean, I could not believe it! Windows all looked fantastic and they even took a picture of my gutters before and after. Even my husband was really happy with the results! Overall a really professional company that I would definitely use again-- inf act, I've already booked them for another gutter cleaning in the fall.

Window Genie did a great job cleaning and getting to windows in areas that we could not otherwise reach.  The owner was responsive and attentive to our needs.  The workers were on time and professional.  We definitely recommend Window Genie of Glenview to anyone looking to clean their windows and will be using their services again next year.

The guys did a great job.  We washed out windows ourselves last year - WHAT A PAIN.  It was so nice to seem them to the job much better and much faster than I would have.  The difference looking out the windows surrounding our kitchen table was noticeable.

They also applied some film in the den which has greatly reduced the glare when watching TV in bright daylight.
