Willow's results were excellent. They offered us a broad choice of fabrics and styles and ordered a generous number of fabric samples for us to view in our home. The work was slightly delayed because our preferred fabric was out of stock at the supplier level, but this was resolved in a couple of weeks. Willow's work was terrific and this classic sofa is now ready for another half century of handsome use.

My experience with Willow far exceeded my expectations.  From the moment I walked into the showroom until they walked out of my house at the final installation everything was handled professionally but relaxed.  The owner and her staff listened to what I had in mind and then made their suggestions as to what might be improved on for a better outcome.  They were right!  The choice of fabrics is perfect, and the fit of everything is phenomenal.  The cornices have sharp corners where they meet the walls and rounded corners to fit the molding.  The workmanship on everything is beautiful.

Our couch had busted, mangled springs.  Willow was able to take it apart, bend he springs back into shape secure them, and put it all back together.  We thought it would need all new springs, and end up being a cost prohibitive project, but that was not the case.
  Willow repaired the arm rests of two of our chairs by using some left over material that we had from making covers for the couch cushions.  The whole ensemble now matches beautifully. It is las though a miracle was performed.
  Willow has a spotless showroom, expert advisors, and their work is top-notch professional.  What is also a delight is that their fees are so reasonable.
Everyone, including the men who trucked our furniture to and fro we polite, careful, on time and simply wonderful.  We couldn't be more pleased with the total experience and outcome.

It was really good. The workmanship was good. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They had materials there but I had purchased on my own. They just picked up the chair and the material. They reupholstered and delivered it. The service took two and a half weeks. The staff was good.

Just beautiful!  Came to my home with fabric samples, came to measure, and installed today.  Designer and installer were both very professional.  I would definitely recommend this firm.

I had a very positive experience in having my sofa, 4 chairs and 2 ottomans  reupholstered with Willow.  When I described to the owner the type of fabric I was looking for,  she knew right away which fabrics would work nicely for this project and would also fit into my budget.  The service I received was prompt, courteous and very professional.  I really love the results and would use Willow for future work.

The service went well. They did a good job. They were great.

We went to the store to pick out new material.  There were tons of different fabrics available.  Once chosen, we left a deposit and were told the fabric would be delivered to the store probably Thursday.  They would call and arrange pickup.  Material was delivered on time and chairs were picked up on Feb. 25.  They were to be finished in one week.  Store called Friday to say that the chairs were just about finished and would be delivered Saturday, March 3.

All work was done right on time and the chairs look wonderful! 

On several occasions over the past years we attempted to get our dining room chairs reupholstered but with little success. We either found upholsterers who were highly recommended but wanted us to supply the fabric or we identified interior decorators who seemed to charge more than we were willing to pay. We found Willow Upholstery through Angie's List and had a great experience from beginning to end. We stopped by the shop on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment and were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgable staff person. The shop has thousands of fabric samples on hand. The staff person helped us select several handsome and durable fabric samples from their overwhelming selection. We took the samples home, selected one of them, and made arrangements for the shop to pick up our chairs the next Saturday. The chairs were picked up on time. During the week, we received a call from the shop that our chairs would be ready the following Saturday. They were in fact delivered to our home that Saturday within the timeframe indicated by Willow. The piping on one of the chairs was not perfect. The delivery person returned the chair to the shop without an issue and it was returned to us to our satisfaction the following Saturday. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. We received prompt and professional service from very knowledgeable staff, the chairs look great, and the price was reasonable.
