He was on time, or let us know if he would be delayed, but came on the days he had promised and completed the work in a day with another hour or so the second day.
Val offered a reasonable and fair price, which is why he got the rough framing subcontract. The project has been going for him since October 2012 to present.
Val is professional and has been very patient with several significant project conditions required by the construction manager for the project.
