He striped the roof and started all over again to put in a new roof. He is incredibly honest and I have recommended him to 4 people. He is very professional. He does not tell what you don't need and his workmen clean up after them very well. He comes two or three time to check his workmen when they are working. We are considering him to use him for siding next year.

I was very happy with their service. They were prompt and replaced my flat roof in one day as it was going rain later that week. They finished job in one day and also gave me quote for the gutter replacement whereever it was required. Five starts to TL construction.

TL Construction has always rendered services under warranty. Once, when our roof leaked they sent the workers to rectify it immediately. The last time they changed the way water drained off our roof. They did an excellent job, but, didn’t charge us for the job. They always follow up and ensure everything is fine, if not, fix it immediately. I will definitely use their services in future.

EST'IMATE APPROXIMATELY SAME AS OTHERS, BUT WORK DESCRIBED IN DETAIL, WHICH HELD PROMISE. WE DID HAVE A LEAK IN SPRING,2010, AROUND A ROOF DRAIN. WORKERS CAME OUT, CUT OUT AREA AND RESEALED. SO FAR, OCT., 2010, NO LEAK. NO CHARGE FOR RESEALING AREA.

We have a mansard roof that had been leaking around all the front upper windows and one back window. They tore off the old roof and replaced it and tore off all the window pans and replaced them with copper pans. Project went great. The crew was there for 51/2 days, worked really hard and did a great job. They cleaned up very well. Their price was 20% cheaper than the other quote I received and they even charged me less than they quoted due to the materials costing a little less than the estimate. Paul called me a couple of weeks after the job was done to make sure I was satisfied. Overall, they were fantastic and I would highly recommend them. Paul was also great about answering all my questions.

They did an excellent job on the roof and the clean up. In the following winter one of the flat roof sections leaked and they responded promptly to our call, fixing the leak.

NOT OUTSTANDING ALTHOUGH THE WORK APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN DONE WELL. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO CHASE DOWN A COMPANY LIKE THIS. REQUEST TO CONFIRM RECEIPT OF FAX AUTHORIZING WORK WENT UNANSWERED, I HAD TO CALL TO GET A DAY SCHEDULED, COLOR SAMPLES - BUT HEY, THE BILL CAME REALLY FAST. PAUL EXPLAINED THAT HE HAD SOME ILLNESS IN HIS STAFF AND HE WAS MANAGING THE VOLUME OF WORK BY HAVING THE CLIENT BE THE DRIVER - OK, BUT COULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED DIFFERENTLY WITH ONE PHONE CALL. IN THE END THE WORK APPEARS FINE, BUT THE EXPERIENCE WAS CERTAINLY NOT ONE THAT SOMEONE WITH A BUSY SCHEDULE NEEDED. THAT BEING SAID, I'D GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE, BUT THE FIRST TIME A PHONE CALL WASN'T RETURNED OR FOLLOW UP NOT MADE, I'D DROP THEM.

FAST, PROFESSIONAL, AND REASONABLY PRICED. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB AND WERE TIMELY IN RESPONDING TO PHONE CALLS, ETC.
