This is a very bad market but I feel Marla did an excellent job, continually exceeding my expectations.  My little condo took 13 months to sell but that was mostly my reluctance to lower the price.  Marla has a wonderful team and they were as professional, helpful, responsive as anyone could ever be.  I felt like my $250,000 sale could have been $2 million, by the way I was treated.   Marla comes to the initial presentation with her laptop and a giant folder of references and other goodies including local service provider recommendations.   They helped me with staging and hired a wonderful photographer that made the condo look beautiful.  Marla had open houses every other week over the whole 13 months and placed ads in the Pioneer Press and Tribune.  Anytime I needed more folders or flyers, they were there usually in less than 12 hours.  She put booties by the door to protect my newly finished hardwood floors.   Her team also worked with me to make smaller ads I could post different places.  Nothing was ever too much trouble.  It's not a fun time when your home is up for sale but Marla and her team made it the best it could be.  I would recommend her for any sale.
