WHILE A VERY NICE PERSON TO MEET AND TALK WITH. JOEL IS A TIME WASTER. HE SAID HIS CHARGES WERE $75. PER HOUR, GAVE US AN ESTIMATE OF SOME $2,500-3,000. BUT I WORK AT HOME, KEPT TRACK OF HIS HOURS, NO MORE THAN 25 ACTUAL WORK HOURS. PLUS THE WORK WAS INCOMPLETE AND FAULTY ELECTRICAL AND OTHER WORKMANSHIP NECESSITATED AN ADDITIONAL $1,000 IN EXPENSES WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS TO CLEAN UP THE INCOMPLETE AND FAULTY WORK LEFT BEHIND.
